hyperventilate NOW

I have admitted to anyone willing to listen to my excitement for the opening of Trader Joes this Friday that I realize my giddiness is slightly pathetic. I mean, it's a store, for Pete's sake. For Joe's sake, let's be honest.

 But, DANG! I haven't been this excited for something in quite some time. I don't know why they haven't invited me to a sneak peek showing. I mean, for real, how many blogs are dedicated to a grocery store coming to an entire state? 

 Breath in, breath out.

The Salt Lake Tribune posted some pictures of the store today and let's just say, "It's on. Oh yes, it is ON!"

    Stock up on everything, I have been waiting for this ever since I heard of even the possiblity that Trader Joe's would be coming to Utah. We have been in withdrawel for the past 7 years since we moved to Utah. We loaded up when we traveled to a Trader Joe's state, but have slowed down on those out of state trips. Oh wonder of wonders Trader Joe's is here.
